Alexandra Nikolayevna Kulikova (real name Chirkova; March 6, 1943, Kulikovka – August 16, 2021) was a Soviet and Russian singer, soloist, vocalist, and singer-songwriter. People's Artist of the RSFSR (1986). Since 1962, she has been an artist and soloist of the choir of the State Song and Dance Ensemble of the Mordovian ASSR "Umarina". In 1972, she graduated from the All-Russian Creative Workshop of Variety Art (VTMEI) (Moscow). Since 1980, she has been the soloist and artistic director of the VIA "Laime" ("Cheryomukha"). In 1985, she released a solo album, "I Love My Russia," on the Melodiya studio. In 1989, a television film about the singer's life and work, "Be Happy, People" (Kuibyshevtelefilm), was made. In 2000, a solo audio cassette was released, and in 2001, her first solo CD was released.
