Anatoly Semenovich Badkhen (March 14, 1922, Odessa – October 1, 1989, Leningrad) was a Soviet musician, conductor, and screenwriter. He was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the RSFSR (November 28, 1977). He studied trumpet at a children's music school and, from 1939, worked in variety orchestras, including the Jazz Orchestra of Yakov Skomorovsky. In 1955, he graduated from the Leningrad Conservatory with a degree in choral conducting. He worked at the Novosibirsk and Kemerovo Musical Comedy Theaters and was principal conductor of the Republican Theater of Musical Comedy of the Karelo-Finnish ASSR and the Leningrad Regional Operetta Theater.
