Andrey Viktorovich Igolkin is a composer, arranger, studio sound engineer, bass player, guitarist, and saxophonist for the band Yakhont. He was born on October 22, 1963, in Krasnoyarsk. Igolkin recorded albums of instrumental and saxophone music, including "If You Remember" and "From the Darkness." He wrote music for Yakhont songs such as "Ocean," "Airplanes Are Flying," "Golden River," "Let's Go," "Woe Is Not Woe," and others. Igolkin also wrote music for theaters, including "Ergon" and "Za Dvuh Zaytami." He has written songs for Russian performers including Lyubov Uspenskaya, Alexander Buinov, Svetlana Rerikh, Alena Sviridova, and others. Igolkin is a member of the Russian Authors' Society and an Honored Cultural Worker of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia.
