Andrey Viktorovich Kartavtsev (born January 21, 1972, in Omsk) is a Russian singer, poet, and composer, best known as the author of many popular songs by Yuri Shatunov. Andrey wrote such hits for Yuri Shatunov as "A Summer of Colors," "Tete-a-Tete," "My Life," "Dreams," and many others. Kartavtsev also maintains an active solo career.
