Andrei Alexandrovich Misin (March 3, 1954, Lodeynoye Pole) is a Russian composer and songwriter, a member of the Union of Composers of Russia (1996). He sang in the boys' choir in Cherepovets. He graduated from a music school in the accordion class in the city of Rudny (Kazakh SSR). In high school, he played the electric organ in an ensemble that played at dances. In the mid-1980s, he worked at the Mosconcert in the second composition of the Rush Hour synthesis group. After the collapse of the Rush Hour group, Misin began serious work on his solo repertoire. In 1988, he recorded in the studio of the Moscow Youth Palace, with the help of sound engineer Igor Zamaraev. In 1991, the BSA records label printed the first CD-album “Andrey Misin. Az I am”, which included 14 songs.
