Andrey Arkadyevich Varlamov is a Russian musician, composer, teacher, producer, and sound engineer. He was born on October 17, 1962, in Izhevsk. He began composing children's songs in 1993, the same year he founded the children's pop studio "Ulybka." Since 2004, he has directed the International Festival-Competition "Ulybka Mira" (Smile of the World) in Odintsovo. From 2008 to 2014, he authored 100 "Childhood Holiday" radio programs. In 2016, he won the "Our Moscow Region" competition. Since 2020, he has been a member of the Eurasian Council of Composers and Musicians.
