"Belarusian Pesnyary" is a Belarusian vocal and instrumental ensemble created by former members of the Pesnyary VIA after their departure from the state ensemble in 1998. It is one of the two successors of VIA Pesnyary recognized by Belarus. Having received an answer to a request about the legitimacy of a new name for a group from the Ministry of Justice of Belarus and the Committee on Copyright and Related Rights, the musicians begin to work as an ensemble "Belarusian Pesniary".
