Boom Kitty (born 1992) is an electronic music producer. He mainly creates EDM and dubstep instrumentals incorporates synths and heavy bass effects. At age 12, he started getting into music when his brother introduced him to the ACID Music Studio software. In the next few years, he spent time toying with it, taking drumming lessons, and learning another music software program, FL Studio. In 2012, he started producing EDM music with a classmate in his first college. He discovered the dubstep project Far Too Loud and the r/edmproduction subreddit, which inspired his bass style, and came up with the “Boom Kitty” alias with his brother. The following year, he released “Shatter,” “The Floor,” and “Jam Rat” on both his YouTube channel and Newgrounds account under this alias.
