DJ Jeezy (formerly DJ Yeezy, bourgeois Pouya Yari) is a German hip-hop DJ and music producer from Cologne. In the 2010s he made a name for himself internationally as a DJ. In 2021 he had a chart success with the Rapsong Birkin Bag with the rappers Luciano, Reezy & Kalim. Already at the age of 18 Pouya Yari was a well-known DJ in his hometown Cologne under the name DJ Yeezy. He made connections with international stars and brought them to Germany and was invited abroad. He was resident DJ in the Cologne scene club Nachtflug and performed in Europe, the USA and in the Gotha Club in Dubai.
