The band's leaders Andrey Snegov (vocals, guitar) and Alexey Polishchuk (bass guitar) took the first step towards the formation of "JaniRadari" back in 1995, having met each other and planning to create the best rock band in their native Kaliningrad. September 2, 2006 is considered the official date of creation of the JaniRadari group. A year before that day, in April 2005, Andrei Snegov, a certified long-distance navigator and frontman of one of the most famous bands in Kaliningrad at that time, arrived in Moscow with the intention of conquering her fickle heart at all costs.
