Elena Filatova is a Russian singer, composer, singer-songwriter, vocal coach, and conductor. Born and raised in Crimea, she has lived in Salekhard, Yamal, since 2022, where she works at the Regional Center for National Cultures. Her work combines elements of folk rock, patriotic lyrics, and love songs. She is known as the "crystal voice of Yamal." Among her well-known works is the song "For Our Dreams," which took third place in the 2025 all-Russian patriotic competition "Rodniki" (Springs). The music was written by Elena herself, and the lyrics were written by her husband, Vladimir Filatov. In the competition final, held in St. Petersburg, the song was performed by Elena Filatova and Anatoly Lavrentyev of the Luhansk Academic Philharmonic.
