Elena Panurova was born in the village of Krivtsovo near Moscow. She studied at the music school in the accordion class. She took choreography lessons and performed under the pseudonym Elsa. In 1996, Elena began studying with a teacher at the Gnessin School. In the same 1996, with the participation of the producer and poet Sergei Kharin, who at that time was the director of Elena Panurova, the first two songs were recorded. Later, at the studio of Vladimir Matetsky, the first album “Don't Promise” was recorded.
