Elmin Guliyev (Elley) is a Russian rapper, notorious for being the culprit of an accident in Moscow in which three people were injured. Born in Baku on November 8, 1993, since 1999 he settled in Omsk. In 2010, Guliyev was accused of robbery, by a court decision he received a suspended sentence. Subsequently, he had more than once had problems with the law. In 2015, Elmin moved to Moscow. He worked in the capital's clubs as a DJ.
