This Emily Davis is an American singer-songwriter known for her aggressive folk and punk-flavored music. Formerly a solo musician, she also fronted the alt-folk-punk band Emily Davis and The Murder Police, and was part of the folk duo Cult Loveless. She is known for raw, emotionally honest, and introspective songwriting, which is showcased on her 2023 EP, Living in the Past Tense. Other releases include the 2015 album The Worst Kind of Curse. In 2024, she announced she was moving from El Paso, Texas, to Oklahoma.
