Galina Kareva compositions sheet music and chords

Galina Alekseyevna Kareva (January 1, 1929, Nikolo-Pestrovka, Middle Volga Region – February 2, 1990, Moscow) was a Soviet opera singer (lyric mezzo-soprano), People's Artist of the RSFSR. In addition to opera, she prepared 12 concert programs: vocal works by Bach, Handel, Giordano, Pergolesi, Mozart; romances by Russian and foreign composers, Spanish and Neapolitan songs, opera classics. In 1964, she gave her first major concert, in which she sang romances. From that year on, she often performed at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall in Moscow. Since 1978, having left the stage of the Kirov Theater due to the "anti-creative" atmosphere that had developed there, she again lived in Moscow. Since 1984, she taught at the Ippolitov-Ivanov Music College.
