Georgy Andreevich Abramov - Soviet singer (bass). Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1944). He performed on tour in Poland, Hungary, Romania, the GDR. In 1931, Georgy Andreevich graduated from the Moscow Musical College. A. and N. Rubinsteinov. After the war, he performed with Alexander Tsfasman's orchestra, the Knushevitsky variety orchestra. From 1931 to 1966, Georgy Abramov was a soloist of the All-Union Radio and Television and the All-Union Radio Opera Group. In 1954-1958 he taught at the Gnessin State Musical and Pedagogical Institute. In 1956 he played in the film-opera How Gianni Got to Hell (Gianni Schicchi by G. Puccini).
