Brendan Patrick Rice (born March 11, 1997), better known by his stage name Gus Dapperton, is an American singer and songwriter fr om Warwick, New York. Dapperton has received some attention for his unique fashion style, consisting at some points of a green bowl cut, noticeable jewelry, eyeliner, particularly brightly coloured clothing, and thick-rimmed glasses. Dapperton's song "Of Lacking Spectacle" was featured on the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why and appears on the soundtrack album. Gus Dapperton put out his first single, "Moodna, One With Grace," in 2016. Soon after, in 2017 his first EP arrived by the name "Yellow and Such." In 2018, his next EP followed with the name "You Think You're A Comic!". In 2019, at the age of 22, Gus released his debut album, Wh ere Polly People Go to Read.
