Il Pagante is an Italian music group from Milan. The Il Pagante project goes back to the students Guglielmo Panzera (Bocconi University) and Alfredo Tomasi (IULM), who started a Facebook page about the fictional Johnny Il Pagante in 2010. The aim was to sarcastically comment on the typical behavior of Milan's youth, especially nightlife and the school and university environment. The producers Merk & Kremont took over the musical implementation of the project. Kremont's cousin Edoardo Cremona became the face of the group under the pseudonym Eddy Veerus, along with singers Brancar (Roberta Branchini) and Federica Napoli.
