Itsyk Tsyper (Igor Tsyba, born May 23, 1962, Kostanay, USSR) is a musician, chanson performer, currently living in the city of Kostanay in northwestern Kazakhstan. In Kustanay, he graduated from a secondary school, and in 1981 from a construction technical school. His first track “Young Hot” was published on the artist’s Instagram account in 2019. In March 2022, Tsyper performed live in front of the public for the first time.
