Juliette Armanet (Lille, March 4, 1984) is a French singer-songwriter. She burst onto the French music scene at the beginning of 2017. Daughter of composer Jean-Pierre Armanet, Juliette Armanet spent the first years of her life in Villeneuve-d'Ascq. Being still very young, she moved with her family to the suburbs of Paris. Juliette Armanet began composing her first songs at the age of fourteen. In 2014, she won the "in Rocs lab 2014" music contest, organized by Les Inrocks.On April 7, 2017, she released Petite Amie, her debut album, on the Barclay label. Produced by Marlon B, the base of the songs - piano and voice - were recorded almost live and later the arrangements were made.
