Kianush (born August 18, 1987 in Tehran, Iran; real name Kianush Rashedi) is a German rapper with Iranian roots. He is signed to PA Sports' independent label Life Is Pain. Kianush grew up in Münster's Kinderhaus district, where he began rapping. He quickly became a local figure in Münster and took part in the rap project Streetsound in a youth club in Toppheide, where he supported the young people with advice and support. The first releases were as a feature by PA Sports on their albums. The two released a video together for Shut Up.
