King Khalil (born October 26, 1990 as Kalil Aubeidy, Arabic خليل أوبيدي Chalil Aubeidī) is a German rapper. In the early 2000s, he discovered German-style street rap, particularly that of Bushido, Sido, and Kool Savas. He began rapping his first songs in a recording studio. In 2012, King Khalil, as he now called himself as an artist, released his first EP Endzeit. The video for the track Großstadtschakale with Celo & Abdi garnered over 1.5 million views on YouTube. In the same year, his contribution to the Halt die Fresse series by Aggro.TV was released. Another contribution followed in 2013. In 2014, the video Großstadtschakale 2 was released alongside Olexesh and Massiv.
