“Commissar” is a Russian music band. The Commissioner group appeared in the early 1990s. In 1991 he received the award "Ovation". In 1991-1993 he tours extensively, becomes a student of the Star Rain festival, the winner of the Sound Track festival of the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper, and receives the Golden Key festival diploma. Later in the mid 90s. and the 2000s. the group "Commissioner" has released several albums and continues to tour to this day.
