Konstantin Nikolaevich Polyaev is a Soviet opera singer (bass). Graduate of the Kyiv Conservatory. He was a soloist and director in opera companies and concert organizations in Kyiv. He taught performing arts at the Kyiv Conservatory and the Mykola Lysenko Music and Drama Institute. From 1932, he was a soloist for the All-Union Radio, performing mainly works by classical composers. In 1952–1953, he worked as the artistic director of the Sochi Theater and Philharmonic.
