Konstantin Valentinovich Stupin (June 9, 1972, Volgograd – March 16, 2017, Orel) was a Soviet and Russian rock musician, singer-songwriter and frontman of the band Nochnaya Trost. In 1990, Nochnaya Trost performed at the Festival of Hopes, where they won the Audience Award. The musician wrote more than 200 songs. Stupin's last concert took place on March 12, 2017, in Moscow. Stupin died at his home in Orel from tuberculosis, in his sleep, on the night of March 16, 2017. He was buried at the Lepeshkinskoye Cemetery in the city of Orel.
