Lyube is a Russian musical group from the city of Lyubertsy (Moscow Region), performing compositions with a strong patriotic connotation, which are a mixture of several genres - chanson, folk music, rock and Soviet songs. The official foundation day of the band is January 14, 1989, the producer of the musicians is Igor Matvienko. Nikolai Rastorguev came up with the name of the group, he also became its main soloist, and before that he worked together with Matvienko in the Leia, song VIA. Nikolai wore a military uniform in the old style, which later became part of the singer’s image for many years.
