Marina Marx (born October 1, 1990 in Laupheim; actually Marina Mast) is a German pop singer. Marina Marx grew up in Laupheim and began her musical training while she was still in school at the Friedrich-Adler-Realschule. She took recorder, guitar and piano lessons, sang in the school choir and was a singer in the school band. After gaining experience in her first bands and in songwriting, she was a street musician during her student days in Hamburg. From 2015 to 2018 she was the front singer of the cover band Cops Unlimited, the rest of the band members made up of police officers.
