Marcel is a pop group fr om St. Petersburg, founded in 2005 by Stepan Ledkov, Mitya Blinov and Yevgeny Babenko. The authors and performers of the songs "How much would you like", "Wh ere there", "This song is for you", "Mood autumn", "Prejudice and pride", "Hello, mom!", "I will not give it back". Laureates of the Golden Gramophone Prize, nominees for the MUZ-TV channels, RU.TV, Musicbox. The “Marcel” group was created in 2005 by students of the St. Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts (SPbGUKI) as vocalist and songwriter of the group Stepa Ledkov, saxophonist Mitya Blinov and keyboardist Zhenya Babenko. At that moment there were 5 people in the group and the name was an abbreviation of the first letters of the names of the musicians, and the last “L” meant “Live”.
