Max Prosa (* 1989 in Berlin; real name Max Podeschwig) is a German singer-songwriter. Max Prosa grew up with his mother in Berlin-Charlottenburg, skipped a school class and graduated fr om the Hildegard-Wegscheider-Oberschule in Berlin-Grunewald at the age of 17. After two courses of study in physics and philosophy that had been started but dropped out, Prosa moved to Berlin-Neukölln and devoted himself to music. At 18 he applied to the Mannheim Pop Academy, wh ere he was initially rejected. In 2010, however, he got the opportunity to participate in the Popakademie's band pool project.
