Nicolae Botgros compositions sheet music and chords

Nicolae Botgros (born January 25, 1953, Badicu-Vechi, today Badicul Moldovenesc, Cahul District, Moldavian SSR) is a violinist, conductor and multi-instrumentalist from the Republic of Moldova. He leads the Orchestra Naționala Lăutarii din Chișinău. Nicolae Botgros was born into a family of Lăutari musicians. Lăutari are professional musicians in Romania and the Republic of Moldova who perform Roma music in ensembles. His father Dumitru Botgros was a violinist. Nicolae and his brothers learned to play instruments at a very early age, and Nicolae was given the drum. Since 1978, Botgros has been the conductor of the Orchestra Națională "Lăutarii", which was founded in 1970 by Nicolae Sulac within the State Philharmonic of the Moldavian SSR. In 1981, he and his orchestra released their first album, Floarea înflorește odată (Флоаря Ынфлореште Одате), on the Russian record label Melodija.
