Nurislam Ismagilov (December 1, 1957 – November 9, 2021) was a Tatar singer, songwriter and performer. He was born in the village of Kovali near Kazan. In 1981–1983, he served in the ground forces of the Soviet Army. He studied at the Tatar State Humanitarian and Pedagogical University, receiving a higher education in physical education and sports. From 1985 to 2003, he worked as a teacher at the Kazan State Veterinary Academy. He died in Kazan at the age of 63.
