Oleg Akkuratov is a Russian pianist, jazz improviser and singer. He has suffered from amaurosis – complete blindness – since birth. He has absolute pitch, musical memory and a sense of rhythm. He is a virtuoso performer of jazz and classical works. He is a laureate of the Russian Presidential Prize for young cultural figures and numerous international competitions and festivals.
