Oleg Khromushin compositions sheet music and chords

Oleg Nikolaevich Khromushin (1927-2003) was a Soviet and Russian composer and conductor. Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1982). From September 1944 to April 1950, he served in the Soviet Army and participated in the Great Patriotic War. Khromushin's name became famous during his studies at the conservatory: at that time, he was already writing music for two of the country's leading orchestras: the Variety Orchestra of the Leningrad Radio under the direction of A. Vladimirtsov and the Variety and Symphony Orchestra of the Central Television and All-Union Radio (conductor - Yu. Silantyev). Khromushin's diploma work was also unusual for an academic university: a symphonic jazz composition (Toccata for accordion and variety and symphony orchestra). After graduating from the conservatory, he worked as the artistic director of the touring jazz orchestra of Lenconcert from 1964 to 1966. In 1964, he joined the Union of Composers.
