Ost+Front is a Neue Deutsche Härte band from Berlin. The initial songs were characterized by a brutal musical style and monotonous rhythms, influenced by the musical and lyrical role model Rammstein. Ost+Front belongs to the so-called black scene. Ost+Front was founded in 2008 by Patrick Lange (Herrmann Ostfront), who had played with Corvus Corax, Tanzwut, Oomph! (Live) and Schelmish up to that point. In 2011, Ost+Front became accessible to a wider public at the M’era Luna Festival, which they performed with Chris L. (Agonoize) as frontman.
