PA Sports, formerly P.A. (Born April 1, 1990 in Essen; civil Parham Vakili, Persian: پرهام وکیلی), is a German rapper of Iranian descent. PA Sports grew up in the Rüttenscheid district of Essen as the youngest son of an Iranian academic family. Mother and father are both trained engineers. He was already active as a rapper at the age of 12 and took part in various freestyle competitions in the Ruhr area - at that time still under the stage name PA Lyricist. This brought him into contact with artists like Snaga, Pillath and Fard. He founded the rap crew Das Kollektiv, with whom he recorded some demo tapes, collab songs and the online EP Psychoshit.
