Pierre Grocola (French Pierre Groscolas; born October 29, 1946, Lourmel) is a French pop singer. Born in the family of a doctor who worked at that time in the city of Lourmel in French Algeria. In 1964, the family repatriated to France. Pierre settles down in Toulouse and makes his debut in Le Chœur as a singer and guitarist. He is trying to use the acquired experience in the capital, but Paris meets him coolly. But Pierre does not give up and in 1972 he publishes his first disc “Fille du vent et du soleil”, which is a huge success in France, the name of the young singer and composer becomes widely known in the music world.
