RAYA is a Russian singer. Real name - Raya Putilina. She was born on December 9, 1988 in the city of Novosibirsk in a simple working-class family. In addition to Rai herself, another girl was born in the Putilin family, Rai's younger sister Ekaterina. Rai also has a famous relative - cousin Georgy Andreyevich Zotov, a domestic football player, defender of the Donetsk FC Metallurg. In 2010, Raya Putilina won first place in the New Hit contest held by the Ukrainian radio station New Wave, outperforming several hundred competitors.
