Ronny (real name: Wolfgang Roloff; born March 10, 1930 in Bremen; † August 18, 2011 there) was a German pop singer, composer and producer. He had his greatest successes in the 1960s. After school, Wolfgang Roloff trained as a sound engineer. In 1954 he was a member of the 'Valerie Trio', which included Valerie Hueck and Wolfgang "Eddy" Börner. The trio acted in the film Ten of Each Finger. After Hueck's exit, Roloff and Börner continued to work as a duo. From 1959 both recorded several singles under the stage name 'Bob & Eddy'. In the period that followed, further singles with Roloff appeared, some under his real name, but also with Rolf Simson as 'The Colorados' and as 'The Blizzards' with Kai Warner, James Last's brother.
