Santiago Balmes Sanfeliu (November 25, 1970) is a Spanish singer of indie-pop music belonging to the band Love of Lesbian. He has also started a career as a novelist with five books published to date. Santi Balmes together with Love of Lesbian started in music in 1997, the year in which they sent a demo to a Ruta 66 magazine contest, where they came in second place, which allowed them to record for the first time in a studio. Their first years were dedicated to music in English, the language with which they released three albums: Microscopic Movies (1999), Is it Fiction? (2002) and Ungravity (2003).
