Sebastian Hämer (born March 17, 1979 in Rostock) is a German singer. Sebastian Hämer grew up in Prerow on the Baltic Sea. The trained hotel manager began his musical career as the frontman of the party band Turn up. Sebastian Hämer first became known through his participation in the ZDF singing competition Die deutsche Stimme in 2003. The debut single Sommer unserer Lebens, as well as the entire first album Der fliegende Mann, was produced by the 3p label. The single rose to number 9 in the German single charts. On October 1, 2010, Hämer took part in the Bundesvision Song Contest 2010 initiated by Stefan Raab in the federal capital Berlin with the song Is' schon ok für Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and took 10th place with 22 points.
