Sergey Vladimirovich Berezin (October 31, 1937, Moscow, RSFSR, USSR - August 5, 2019, Moscow, Russia) - Soviet and Russian composer and singer. One of the founders and artistic director of the vocal and instrumental ensemble "Flame". Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1988), People's Artist of the Russian Federation (2001). In 1973, Sergei Berezin began working in one of the famous Soviet vocal and instrumental ensembles "Gems" under the direction of Yuri Malikov. In 1975, he left the "Gems" together with a group of musicians and created a new group "Flame". Soon, Sergei Berezin himself begins to write the main compositions of VIA. His lyrical songs are becoming popular - “Golden Balls”, “Maybe I Invented You”, “Only You Everywhere”, “Autumn”, “Snow is Spinning”.
