Sergey Aleksandrovich Faletyonok (July 19, 1970, Novosibirsk – October 9, 2013, Novosibirsk) was a Russian poet, composer, and musician, and the author of popular songs. In the 1990s, he wrote a number of nationally known songs, including "Dima, Wave Your Hand to Mom" (based on a 1995 episode of the Russian Project series, which became one of the most famous examples of public service advertising). In 1998, he moved to Moscow, where he collaborated with the band "Rodnaya Rech" (Native Speech). In 2001, he returned to Novosibirsk to begin his solo career.
