Popatenko Tamara Aleksandrovna (April 9 (22), 1912, Moscow - January 28, 1991) - Soviet composer, Honored Artist of the RSFSR (05/07/1980). In 1938 she graduated from the Moscow Conservatory in composition with V. Ya. Shebalin. The main field of creativity is music for children and youth.
