Kravtsova Tamara Vasilievna (December 21, 1920, Leningrad - January 21, 2009) graduated from LGITMIK in 1947, she studied singing with Galina Vishnevskaya. In 1946, as a student, she became a laureate of the II All-Union Contest of Variety Artists. After graduation, she was an artist of Lengostrad, and since 1948 - a variety theater of miniatures. In 1958, Kravtsova moved to Moscow and began working at the Mosconcert. She became famous as a pop singer with lyric songs (“Distant bonfires are burning”, “Don't be sad”, “Autumn”, “Autumn leaves”, “Silence”) and songs of the peoples of the world, as well as a performer of musical feuilletons.
