Tamara Guryevna Strelkova (1935–2005) was a singer and performer of Russian songs. She was born on December 3, 1935, in Barnaul. In 1956, she won the right to participate in the final concert of the All-Union Trade Union Amateur Art Competition. Two years later, at the First All-Union Variety Artists Competition, she won first place with the song "They Call Me Ugly," which became her signature song. From 1958, she worked in Leningrad, actively touring the USSR and many countries around the world. While performing, she studied at the music school of the Leningrad Conservatory. At the 1964 New Year's "Blue Light" festival, she performed the song "Oh, Snow-Snow." One of the highlights of her repertoire was the famous song "And Who Knows Him," written by Vladimir Zakharov with lyrics by Mikhail Isakovsky.
