Total is a Russian pop rock band formed in 2000. Since 2021, the group has been known under the name 'Total/Cherkunova'. The Total group is an excellent example of the fact that in Russia it is possible to make branded music at the Western level. The memorable low timbre of the vocalist, musical parallels with Guano Apes and Skunk Anansie, the talent of producer and composer Maxim Fadeev (cousin of Marina Cherkunova) contributed to the rapid success of the Total group. Such hits as "Hits in the eyes", "We're leaving for the sunset", "It doesn't matter", "Kama Sutra", "Don't drive", "Shiva", "Hit" fell in love with the public immediately and irrevocably, as evidenced by Total's numerous performances at the largest sites of the country.
