The “Merry Notes” ensemble was created in 2002 on the basis of the Secondary Educational Establishment of Children's Education and Educational Services of the “Center for Additional Education of Children No. 1”; Since 2003, the “Merry Notes” ensemble has been an annual participant in International, All-Russian, regional, regional and city competitions and festivals of children's creativity.
