Viktor Ivanovich Temnov (December 2, 1934 – March 27, 2014) was a Soviet and Russian composer, dancer, accordionist and coupletist. From 1959 to 1989, he worked in the Beryozka ensemble as the head of the musical department, choreographer, conductor and accordionist. He was known in the 1970s as the author of "blatnye" and obscene couplets describing life in various countries of the world. He wrote music and librettos for a large number of songs performed by Lyudmila Zykina and other Soviet performers. He is the author of such works as "Uncle Vasya", "About Petka", "Sunsets Are Burning", "For Lyudmila Zykina's Birthday", "In America, Too", "Balalaika" and "Kadril". He took part in the 80th episode of the popular children's show "Radio Nanny" in 1978.
