Vladimir Pavlovich Glazunov was born on January 5, 1952 in the village of Lugovoe, Vadinsky District, Penza Region. He has two higher educations. He graduated from the Chelyabinsk branch of the Omsk State Institute of Physical Culture, specializing in physical education, and the Nizhny Novgorod State University named after N. A. Lobachevsky, specializing in law. He is married and has two children and grandchildren. Since school, he took part in amateur performances, loved to sing, and began playing the button accordion by ear at the age of 16. Vladimir Pavlovich Glazunov first became acquainted with the accordion in 1995, when G. D. Zavolotkin was filming the program "Play the accordion" in the city of Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod Region, where Vladimir Pavlovich lived and worked at the time.
