Yuval Raphael (Hebrew: יובל רפאל; born 5 November 2000) is an Israeli singer. Having won the eleventh season of the singing competition HaKokhav HaBa, she is set to represent Israel in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song "New Day Will Rise". Raphael is the niece of businesswoman Ronit Raphael and comes from Ra'anana, Israel. She grew up in Pedaya and spent three years of her childhood in Geneva, Switzerland. As a child, she listened to rock bands such as Led Zeppelin and the Scorpions, and singers such as Beyoncé and Céline Dion. She began singing professionally in 2023.
